Overview
Hose & Cable Floats are designed primarily for Single Point Mooring, Mining and Cable floatation applications. These floats offer versatility to the hoses/cables by providing open rounded edges that allow them to adjust to currents and wind, enabling flexibility of movement. Rubber pads are provided to ensure tight fitment of the floats, which come standard with PU filling.

Option to use Closed Cell Polyurethane filling
The use of Closed Cell Polyurethane filling is an optional feature for floats. Additionally, floats are also available as empty shells as per customer requirements.

Understanding Pressure Rating and StandardDimension Ratio (SDR)
We use PN to indicate the Pressure Rating of our floats. For example, PN16 means that it is suitable for 16 kg/cm². In addition, our StandardDimension Ratio (SDR) refers to the ratio of pipe OD to its thickness.
Accessories Included
As standard parts, we provide nuts, bolts, and tensioning straps as accessories for the floats. However, our Tensioning Machine is available separately should you require it.
