Item and Requirements for Pipe Material
No.1: Elongation at break%
The required elongation at break for the pipe material is equal or greater than 350%.
No.2: Longitudinal reversion (100℃)
The pipe material must have a longitudinal reversion rate of less than or equal to 3% when exposed to a temperature of 100℃.
No.3: Oxidation induction time (200℃)
The pipe material must have an oxidation induction time of at least 20 minutes when exposed to a temperature of 200℃.
No.4: Weather resistance
After the pipe has undergone aging energy of 3.5GJ/㎡ or more, it must meet the following requirements:
- The pipe must maintain its static hydraulic strength at a temperature of 80℃ for a minimum of 165 hours, without any breakage or leakage.
- The percentage of breaking-elongation for the pipe must be equal or greater than 350%.
- The pipe material must have an oxidation induction time of at least 10 minutes when exposed to a temperature of 200℃.
